We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and mixed-use electrical construction projects, drive division profitability, and manage a dedicated project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality delivery on time, within scope, and under budget.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 10 project professionals (including 3 direct reports), handling capacity planning and personnel assignments.
• Financial & Contract Management: Lead financial forecasting, manage project invoicing, review contractual requirements, and negotiate change orders to protect profitability.
• Operations & Schedule: Continually optimize departmental systems and workflows; flexibly adjust project milestones based on resource availability and changing client needs.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure expectations are met, and provide oversight for third-party construction firms.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience within electrical commercial/mixed-use construction, with a proven track record of running a profitable project portfolio.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electric power engineering, field coordination, and extensive knowledge of scheduling, bids, take-offs, and contracts.
• Education & Licenses: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management strongly preferred. A Journeyman or Master Electrician's license is a major plus.
• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster client relationships and support business development.

Salary Range: $130,000-$170,000
