The Role

My client are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to cover all areas of Goods In and Distribution. This is a hands on Team Leader position, so you must have an FLT Counterbalance license.

Main Responsibilities

·      Be responsible for the Goods In area and perform visual inspections of delivered goods / materials.

·      Work to manufacturing deadlines and coordinate the warehouse accordingly.

·      Liaise with external couriers when required.

·      Liaise with suppliers for the collection of materials.

·      Lead from the front with housekeeping.

·      Maintain customer relations and keep them up to date with delivery schedules.

·      Report any shortages of materials.

The Candidate

·      Must have supervisory experience within a warehouse environment.  

·      Must have an FLT Counterbalance license.

·      Ideally have worked in a warehouse that supports a manufacturing setting.

·      Ideally have experience working with external couriers.
