Job Title: Team Administrator
Location: Oldham
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Team Administrator to join the business due to growth. A great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure the wider are supported.
Duties:
- Responsible for Admin support for the construction department, including but not limited to;
- Planning, weekly meeting but daily updates as required
- Street works notices and traffic management
- Customer liaison – speak to site weekly as a minimum
- Issue site team job packs
- Ensure return of job cards and record, sign off if required
- Book hotels and arrange site accommodation if required (welfare/storage cabins)
- Speak to each team on a daily basis and complete the daily progress report
- Issue live working notices; enter and close, ensure ‘as laid’ drawings are provided to design day after closing notice
- Assist with completion files and ensure /project job files are kept up to date.
- Training courses and register
- Assist in quality management procedures
- Liaise with external support staff / consultants
