About the Role

We’re looking for a PA to the Director who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings structure and focus to busy schedules, and can anticipate needs before they arise. This is a pivotal role supporting the Director across operations, strategy, and administration, ensuring the business continues to run efficiently as we scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director
  • Manage the Director’s diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate priorities
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and documents using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Support bookkeeping and expense tracking using Xero.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics
  • Communicate confidently with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on behalf of the Director
  • Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues before they arise
  • Carry out general office administration and assist with ad hoc projects as required


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and correspondence
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, you don’t wait to be told what to do, you make things happen
