About the Role
We’re looking for a PA to the Director who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings structure and focus to busy schedules, and can anticipate needs before they arise. This is a pivotal role supporting the Director across operations, strategy, and administration, ensuring the business continues to run efficiently as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director
- Manage the Director’s diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate priorities
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and documents using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Support bookkeeping and expense tracking using Xero.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics
- Communicate confidently with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on behalf of the Director
- Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues before they arise
- Carry out general office administration and assist with ad hoc projects as required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and correspondence
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, you don’t wait to be told what to do, you make things happen
