Job Title: Senior Aftersales Advisor

Location: Bolton (On-Site)

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: 40 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am – 1:30pm


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Aftersales Advisor to join our team in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in aftersales or service advising, looking to further develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting the service department, and ensuring the smooth and efficient management of aftersales operations in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for aftersales customers, handling enquiries and bookings in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage service, repair, and maintenance appointments, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to ensure accurate job progress updates.
  • Provide clear and accurate estimates, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve complaints effectively, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively promote additional products and services to customers where appropriate.
  • Support junior advisors and assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the aftersales department.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving any concerns efficiently.


About You

Essential:

  • Previous experience in an Aftersales Advisor / Service Advisor role (or similar).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships.

Desirable:

  • IT system experience using Kerridge, 1link, or RTC (training will be provided).
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
