IJob Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring jobs are progressing efficiently, stock levels are accurately maintained, and priorities are managed in line with business requirements.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

• Monitor job progress, ensuring priority work is identified and delivered on time.

• Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and support team members to achieve targets.

• Oversee stock control, conduct regular checks, and resolve discrepancies.

• Liaise with other departments (production, planning, dispatch) to maintain workflow.

• Uphold health & safety standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.

• Report on stock levels, workflow, and job progress to management.

• Drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to prioritise, delegate, and make effective decisions under pressure.

• Knowledge of stock control processes and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• IT literate, with good attention to detail.

• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and support a team.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE).

• 39.5-hour working week:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Friday: Early finish at either 12:30pm or 1:30pm

• Overtime paid at time and a half after contracted hours.

• 3% company pension contribution.

• 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays (3 days must be reserved for Christmas shutdown).
