Sales Manager


Location: Boston, South Lincolnshire


Salary: £50,000 basic – OTE £60,000–£65,000


Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6pm

Saturday 9am – 5pm with 30-minute unpaid break

Sunday and bank holidays 10am – 4pm

1 day off a week, every week



The Role


We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and passionate Sales Manager to lead our sales operation at our brand-new, multi-million-pound dealership in Boston. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the success of one of the UK’s fastest-growing, family-owned motor retailers.


As Sales Manager, you’ll inspire and develop a talented team to achieve outstanding results across both new and used car sales. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving profitability, ensuring compliance, and delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive departmental performance to meet and exceed sales and profit targets.
  • Manage budgets, manufacturer KPIs, and internal reporting requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and manufacturer standards.
  • Work closely with Aftersales to deliver a seamless customer journey.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and exceptional customer experience.


About You


  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager within a franchised dealership environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret key performance data.
  • Natural leadership qualities with a motivational and hands-on management style.
  • Passionate about delivering first-class service and building lasting relationships.
