On their behalf, we are seeking a Marketing & Communications Lead to work with the senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the Senior Communications & Marketing Consultant, this newly created role will be instrumental in shaping and executing a cohesive, high-impact marketing and communications strategy across the Macklan Group’s diverse operations. With no existing team in place, you will serve as both visionary and implementer, creating the framework and driving day-to-day initiatives that spotlight the group’s passion for community engagement, innovation, sustainability, and growth.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a creative, hands-on marketing leader who brings an entrepreneurial mindset to establishing and shaping a cohesive marketing function from its earliest stages. This individual will pair strategic planning expertise with a readiness to participate in all facets of execution, ensuring that messaging, branding, and online presence align seamlessly with the organization’s ambitious goals. Strong skills in crafting compelling narratives and managing social media will be highly valued, alongside design proficiency and the agility to produce engaging content quickly. Exposure to earned media and external communications is an asset. Above all, this person will excel at building relationships with executive stakeholders, external partners, and industry contacts, serving as an in-house brand champion who can amplify the Macklan Group’s story regionally and beyond.
