Macklan Group is a Dartmouth-based group of companies that includes Dora Construction, Somerled Properties, Front Porch Properties and East Cut. It's an entrepreneurial, practical and hard-working organization, built by people who roll up their sleeves and do right by each other.

THE ROLE

As Executive Coordinator, you'll be the first face people see at Macklan's Dartmouth headquarters and a trusted partner to three senior leaders: the President & Founder, the CFO and the VP, Legal & Counsel. You'll report to the Chief of Staff and work across all three, keeping priorities organized, actions moving and the executive team's day-to-day rhythm on track. It's a role built on trust, and one where your consistency and judgment will be felt every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run the front desk, welcoming visitors and making sure every guest feels looked after
• Keep the office organized, tidy and welcoming
• Coordinate meetings, priorities and follow-ups across the executive team
• Track actions, deadlines and commitments so nothing important stalls
• Prepare and manage documents, correspondence and information
• Organize travel, scheduling and meeting logistics
• Serve as a reliable, professional point of contact for colleagues, partners and clients
• Bring calm structure to shifting priorities and a steady flow of requests

BACKGROUND

Experience supporting executives is valuable. A background in construction, real estate or another practical, entrepreneurial environment translates well, and hospitality or client-facing experience is an asset.
