Digital Marketing & Growth Director

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing & Growth Director to own the full consultant lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, driving scalable growth through performance marketing, engagement ecosystems, and digital innovation. You will lead multiple teams and growth engines, ensuring a fully integrated approach between digital and traditional recruitment models.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Define and execute the end-to-end growth strategy across the consultant lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, and development)
  • Drive scalable growth while balancing acquisition (hunting) and retention/engagement (farming) strategies
  • Own key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion, and overall channel performance
  • Lead digital acquisition strategy across paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok), optimizing investment, audiences, and conversion
  • Define and lead engagement and lifecycle marketing strategies across CRM, messaging platforms, and app ecosystems
  • Drive activation, retention, engagement, and productivity through personalized and automated journeys
  • Design and govern the end-to-end consultant journey, ensuring consistency across acquisition, onboarding, and development
  • Identify and resolve friction points across the funnel, partnering with Product, Data, and Technology teams
  • Lead and develop multiple teams across performance marketing, recruiting, engagement, and CRM
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across markets to ensure execution and scalability
  • Define and own the measurement framework, ensuring full funnel visibility and data-driven decision making
  • Drive experimentation and continuously translate data into actionable growth strategies


REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

  • 10+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance-driven roles
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end growth strategies at scale (acquisition + retention)
  • Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or engagement ecosystems
  • Track record of leading senior teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel performance
  • Experience in marketplace, gig economy, or distributed workforce models is a plus
  • Exposure to digital products, mobile apps, or conversational platforms is preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with executional rigor
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into business impact
  • Ability to simplify complexity and operate in fast-paced, matrix environments
  • Strong leadership, ownership, and results orientation
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • Advanced English required
