Human Resources Manager

As Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a strategic business partner, working directly with senior leadership to design and execute the comprehensive Human Capital strategy. You will play a key role in the organization’s evolution, leading initiatives that directly impact talent attraction, development, and retention, both at the corporate level and within a large-scale distribution network. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Human Capital Strategy


▪ Design and implement the Human Resources strategy aligned with business objectives and international expansion plans.

▪ Act as a Business Partner to senior leadership, advising on talent decisions, organizational structure, and company culture.

▪ Lead organizational transformation processes in fast-growth environments.


Talent Acquisition and Management


▪ Develop talent acquisition strategies for executive, commercial, and distribution network profiles within a competitive MLM market.

▪ Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, hiring, and onboarding for corporate employees and distribution network leaders.

▪ Design and implement succession planning and career development programs for critical positions at both national and international levels.


Compensation, Benefits, and MLM Incentives


▪ Manage competitive and equitable corporate compensation structures at a Fortune 500 standard.

▪ Collaborate with the commercial team in the design and review of the Compensation Plan for Independent Distributors, the most strategic asset of the MLM model.

▪ Conduct market benchmarking (MLM, retail, and consumer goods industries) to ensure competitiveness in attraction and retention strategies.


Culture, Engagement, and Distributor Community


▪ Lead organizational culture initiatives that reinforce the values of entrepreneurship, growth, and community.

▪ Design wellness, recognition, and engagement programs for both corporate employees and the distributor network.

▪ Conduct employee climate measurements (eNPS, pulse surveys) and develop action plans with measurable impact.


Labor Relations and Compliance


▪ Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations, including the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and applicable federal and state regulations.

▪ Manage labor relations, conflict prevention, and, when necessary, union negotiations.

▪ Maintain auditable HR policies, procedures, and controls under international corporate standards.


Performance Management and Organizational Development


▪ Implement performance evaluation systems (OKRs, KPIs) aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

▪ Provide executive coaching and advisory support to directors and managers in leading high-performance teams.

▪ Lead Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives for the corporate workforce and leaders within the distribution network.


REQUIREMENTS


▪ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

▪ Postgraduate degree or master’s degree preferred (MBA, MHRM, or similar).

▪ Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role within consumer goods, retail, or MLM companies.

▪ Proven experience in direct sales, multi-level marketing, or independent distribution business models is highly desirable.

▪ Experience in high-growth environments, organizational transformation, and market expansion.

▪ Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT).

▪ Experience in compensation and incentive design, ideally within direct sales models.

▪ Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS such as SAP, Workday, or similar platforms).

▪ Experience managing labor relations and unions.

▪ Knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies (OKRs, KPIs, 9-box).

▪ Strong analytical skills and experience in People Analytics.

▪ Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.

▪ HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI) are desirable.
