On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced hospitality sales leader to oversee two hotel properties.

Our client is looking for a dynamic, relationship‑driven Director of Sales who can elevate performance across two hotels while building strong partnerships, leading strategy, and supporting a positive on‑property culture. If you’re motivated by results, relationships, and smart strategy, this role will be a great fit.

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue, nurturing top accounts, protecting market share, and cultivating new business opportunities across both hotels. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on strategy just as much as connection — someone who’s as comfortable analyzing historical data as they are inspiring a team or building trust with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Account Leadership

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the hotels’ client bases and foster strong relationships with top-producing accounts.
  • Book business that aligns with each hotel’s sales strategy and contributes to achieving — and exceeding — monthly total revenue goals.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity and take proactive steps to neutralize competitive efforts.
  • Gather and analyze historical data to help shape strategies that drive financial success.

Business Intelligence, Tools & Systems

  • Actively and accurately use Delphi to document sales activity, community engagement, booking details, and follow‑up traces.
  • Ensure consistent follow‑up, account saturation, and thoughtful management of client potential.
  • Utilize business development tools such as Amadeus to identify new opportunities and expand the pipeline.

Market Presence & Community Engagement

  • Build valuable business intelligence by engaging with local industry groups, networking events, and community or charitable organizations.
  • Represent the hotels professionally while strengthening visibility and relationships in the market.

Culture, Collaboration & Team Support

  • Contribute positively to the camaraderie of both hotels by celebrating team wins and supporting cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Assist with training and development within the sales department, offering real‑time coaching, insights, and teaching moments.
  • Provide thoughtful feedback to strengthen team performance and elevate service delivery.
