Salary: $75,000–$80,000/year + Generous Bonus Plan

Our client, a well-established luxury property in South Florida, is seeking a Group Sales Manager to join their Sales & Catering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned hospitality sales professional to drive group revenue through strategic relationship-building and creative outreach. 


What You’ll Do: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with group accounts to encourage repeat business 
  • Prospect and secure new group bookings through outside sales calls, trade shows, and industry events 
  • Conduct site inspections and client entertainment to showcase the property’s offerings 
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure flawless execution of group events 
  • Meet and exceed monthly group and banquet revenue goals 
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning 


What You’ll Bring : 

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting 
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal 
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed targets 
  • Familiarity with Amadeus, Opera, and Delphi systems preferred 
  • Degree in hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience
