Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Innovation: Design and implement creative menus for à la carte and banquet operations.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee production, purchasing, scheduling, and food safety across multiple outlets.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team of chefs and cooks, fostering a collaborative and high-performing kitchen environment.
  • Quality Control: Monitor daily food production to ensure consistency and superior quality.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks and budget management for multiple outlets.



Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive culinary experience in a 4 or 5-star property.
  • Mastery of all cooking techniques and hands-on kitchen management.
  • Expertise in menu development, high-volume catering, and fine dining.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • ServeSafe Certification is required.
