Are you a charismatic, hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a track record of turning around underperforming hotels? On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the transformation of a confidential Hilton-branded select-service property and elevate guest experiences.


Compensation plan: salary of $110-$120k/year plus Bonus and Benefits

This is a unique chance to take the reins of a property poised for growth. We’re looking for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to inspire teams, drive performance, and deliver exceptional guest service.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hilton Select-Service GM Experience: Proven success managing Hilton select-service brands (e.g., Hampton, Hilton Garden Inn, Tru, Home2 Suites).
  • Guest Service Excellence: Strong background in creating memorable guest experiences and building a service-driven culture.
  • Turnaround Expertise: Demonstrated ability to assess operations, implement change, and improve financial and service performance.
  • Leadership Style: Charismatic, approachable, and hands-on. You lead by example and know how to energize a team.
