What We’re Looking For

Hospitality sales experience: You’ve sold for brands like Marriott, Hilton, Best Western, IHG, or similar.

Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Delphi.fdc, STS, etc.).

The Details

On-site role: You’ll be the face of the hotel—no remote work here.

Out and about: Expect three days a week on sales calls, two days in the office, and occasional weekends or travel for events.

Growth path: Advance to Director of Sales, Dual Director, or even General Manager.
Must-Haves
- Hilton brands experience
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift/push up to 60 lbs (hospitality is hands-on!)
- Pass security clearance
