Compensation Plan: $55k-$60k/year plus Bonus and Benefits

Ready to break the mold in hotel sales?

We’re not just filling a seat—we’re searching for a game-changer. Our client, a leading hospitality group, is on the hunt for a Senior Sales Manager who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and making every guest experience unforgettable.

Why This Role Is Different

  • You’re the architect of growth: You’ll fully own assigned segments, with a laser focus on new business development for a top-tier hotel.
  • You’re a strategic partner: Work hand-in-hand with the General Manager, Regional Revenue Manager, and Director of Sales to unleash the property’s revenue potential.
  • You’re empowered: Your ideas matter. You’ll help shape sales action plans, execute creative promotions, and influence the hotel’s market share.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the charge: Handle inquiries, craft winning proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
  • Smash targets: Book business that exceeds monthly room revenue goals—and celebrate every win.
  • Be a connector: Build relationships with local organizations, chambers, sports commissions, and more.
  • Leverage tech: Use cutting-edge sales management systems and prospecting tools to maximize revenue.
  • Stay curious: Monitor market trends, attend industry events, and never stop learning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hospitality sales experience: You’ve sold for brands like Marriott, Hilton, Best Western, IHG, or similar.
  • Relationship builder: You love networking and thrive in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset: You can spot opportunities and back them up with financial analysis.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Delphi.fdc, STS, etc.).
  • Driven & adaptable: You’re a self-starter with a “can do” attitude and a hunger for growth.

The Details

  • On-site role: You’ll be the face of the hotel—no remote work here.
  • Out and about: Expect three days a week on sales calls, two days in the office, and occasional weekends or travel for events.
  • Growth path: Advance to Director of Sales, Dual Director, or even General Manager.

Must-Haves

  • High school diploma (college degree preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift/push up to 60 lbs (hospitality is hands-on!)
  • Pass security clearance
