Programmatic Sales Director
Location: Remote, United States (Not NY or CA)
Compensation: Base salary around $150,000 + uncapped commission
We are partnering with a high-performing digital media organization to identify a Programmatic Sales Director who can drive new business and build long-term agency partnerships. This is a strong opportunity for a consultative seller with deep digital media expertise, a proven book of business, and a track record of winning and growing programmatic revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who knows how to open doors with independent agencies, lead strategic sales conversations, and position managed-service media solutions as a true extension of a client’s team. The right person will be highly fluent in programmatic display and comfortable selling across a broader media mix that includes CTV, search, social, mobile, DOOH, rich media, and other digital channels.
What you’ll do
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, with a focus on building new agency relationships and expanding revenue opportunities. Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, lead consultative presentations, and create solutions tailored to client goals. Build strong relationships with agency and brand decision-makers and help secure long-term partnerships that drive repeat business and recurring revenue. Work cross-functionally with internal support teams to ensure clients receive high-touch service, strong campaign execution, and a seamless overall experience.
What we’re looking for
You bring a strong background in digital media sales with a clear emphasis on programmatic. You have an established book of business with independent agencies and know how to convert relationships into revenue. You are comfortable selling managed-service media solutions and can speak credibly across multiple channels, including programmatic display, CTV, search, social, mobile, DOOH, and rich media. You are polished, self-directed, and commercially driven, with strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience working with programmatic buying platforms, especially The Trade Desk, is highly valued.
