As they expand their 180-person team, they are looking for passionate, driven individuals to help them continue delivering real, measurable results.
Our client specializes in high-impact video and display ads across mobile, app, desktop, CTV, and influencer marketing, and are uniquely positioned to offer Fortune 500 brands precise targeting through direct supply integrations powered by zero-party consent-based data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media agencies (holding companies) and Fortune 500 brands to drive business growth for programmatic campaigns with a focus on self-service
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and follow-up.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing client partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales development team to engage prospects and schedule meetings.
- Work closely with media strategy and client services teams to plan and execute campaigns.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on trends.
- Provide mentorship and support to new hires and junior team members.
You’re the Right Fit If:
- You’re passionate about digital media and advertising technology, and have established agency relationships with Tier 1 agencies and Fortune 500 brands within NYC Northeast territory.
- Between 3-7 years of programmatic self service sales experience working within NYC territory
- Strong in new business sales
- You thrive on meeting new people, building relationships, and enjoy the art of conversation.
- You’re a natural overachiever who sets ambitious goals and consistently surpasses them.
- You’re self-motivated, eager to learn, and enjoy solving problems creatively.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
- You excel under pressure, meet deadlines with ease, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You have a proven track record of high performance, including breaking new business and exceeding targets.
- Currently working at an adtech company (ideally an SSP)
- Willing to come into NYC based office 3x a week
Comp: $125-$170k base + Sales Commission
