Senior Product Manager – Data Capture & Field Experience

The Role
You will own the end-to-end field and mobile product experience—from on-site data capture to the systems that power enterprise workflows. Your mission is to make field operations faster, safer, more consistent, and higher quality through mobile, hardware, and AI-assisted tooling.
You’ll partner closely with Platform, AI/ML, Operations, and Client Experience teams to ensure clean data, efficient workflows, and scalable, real-world performance.
What You’ll Do
- Own the mobile app roadmap (iOS/Android), including offline-first workflows and on-device quality checks.
- Define and measure reliability and performance SLAs (connectivity, sync success, crash rates).
- Lead data capture integrations: cameras, 360°/thermal imaging, LiDAR/AR, GPS, drones, and sensors.
- Establish automated quality standards for framing, blur, exposure, and completeness.
- Deploy AI-assisted field guidance with CV, near-edge models, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Own field analytics and experimentation to improve time-on-task, first-time-right, and NPS.
- Run Voice of Customer programs with field users and translate insights into roadmap priorities.
- Lead delivery through PRDs, UAT, training, and operational rollouts with compliance in mind.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10+ years in Product Management with deep experience in mobile, field workflows, or data-capture products.
- Strong background in offline-first mobile design, hardware/SDK integrations, and APIs.
- Experience with computer vision or on-device AI strongly preferred.
- Data-driven with hands-on analytics and experimentation experience.
- Exceptional communicator with strong field-user empathy.
- Curious, practical, and execution-focused.
