Senior Customer Success Manager – Political Advertising (DSP)

Location: U.S. (Remote / Hybrid)

Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000


The Role

Our client is a growing AdTech platform serving political and other highly regulated advertisers. They’re hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to support political and advocacy clients using a programmatic DSP.

You’ll manage a mix of self-serve and managed-service accounts, acting as a strategic partner across onboarding, training, campaign execution, and optimization. This role is ideal for someone who understands both programmatic advertising and political compliance and thrives in fast-moving campaign environments.


What You’ll Do

  • Own relationships with political, advocacy, and agency clients
  • Guide clients on platform usage, best practices, and campaign strategy
  • Support campaign setup, optimization, pacing, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure compliance with FEC and state-level political regulations
  • Partner cross-functionally with AdOps, Sales, and Product
  • Drive retention, renewals, and account growth


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations
  • Strong experience with DSPs and programmatic advertising
  • Political advertising experience required
  • Working knowledge of political compliance (FEC, state-level)
  • Comfortable supporting both self-serve and managed-service clients
  • Clear communicator with strong organizational and analytical skills
