Head of Commercial (U.S.)

New York (Hybrid Preferred)

$150K–$180K Base + Uncapped Commission


AC Lion is partnering with a global data analytics and AI consultancy to hire a Head of Commercial (U.S.) to lead growth and formally build out the company’s U.S. sales function.

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. You will translate advanced AI and analytics capabilities into scalable, recurring revenue while establishing a structured commercial engine in the U.S. market.

The Opportunity

The organization is entering its next phase of growth and is building its first formal commercial function beyond founder-led sales. This role will:

  • Lead U.S. revenue growth strategy
  • Develop and execute new business initiatives
  • Build and structure the commercial process from the ground up
  • Drive recurring revenue through enterprise client relationships
  • Elevate brand visibility and market positioning

You will work cross-functionally with leadership, product, and delivery teams to align go-to-market strategy with client impact.


Solutions Overview

The company offers two primary solutions focused on improving creative and media effectiveness:


Creative Testing Platform

A pre-market solution that evaluates creative concepts in real-world media environments across global markets to validate performance before launch.


AI-Powered Predictive Solution

An advanced modeling platform that forecasts brand lift and optimizes execution using historical testing data and AI-driven insights.

Together, these offerings help marketers understand not only what will perform, but why — enabling smarter investment decisions and improved campaign results.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience driving enterprise new business in marketing, analytics, SaaS, or AI-driven services
  • Experience building or scaling a commercial or sales function
  • Ability to sell consultative, data-driven solutions to senior marketing and brand leaders
  • Strong strategic and operational mindset
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed leadership style


Compensation

  • Base Salary: $150,000–$180,000
  • Uncapped Commission (Tiered Structure)
  • Flexible contract structure (open to full-time or part-time engagement)
