Head of Commercial — U.S. (Data, AI, Creative Intelligence)

Location: New York, NY (preferred) — Hybrid

Compensation: ~$150–$180K base + uncapped commission


A global leader in data-driven creative intelligence is expanding its commercial organization in the United States — and is hiring its first U.S.-based Head of Commercial.

This company has been quietly powering creative testing and predictive analytics for some of the world’s most respected brands in technology, media, retail, and CPG. Their platform uses a blend of real-world testing environments and advanced AI modeling to answer a question every modern marketer struggles with:

Their solutions help enterprise marketing teams validate creative performance before launch, optimize campaigns, and consistently drive stronger ROI. With operations across North America, Europe, and APAC, they are now entering a critical growth phase and building a dedicated commercial presence in the U.S.


The Role

The Head of Commercial will be the strategic driver of U.S. growth — owning new business, shaping the go-to-market motion, and developing a scalable, repeatable revenue engine.

This is a founding commercial role with autonomy, executive visibility, and the ability to materially impact global expansion.


You will:

  • Build and scale the U.S. commercial function from the ground up
  • Drive new enterprise acquisition with global brands, agencies, and marketing innovators
  • Translate analytics and AI-powered insights into measurable business outcomes
  • Lead complex sales cycles — from first conversation to multi-market, multi-year partnerships
  • Partner closely with founders, data science leaders, and product teams
  • Represent the business at industry events and thought-leadership opportunities
  • Create sales frameworks, processes, and playbooks for future growth


Ideal Experience

  • 8+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership
  • Background in marketing technology, media measurement, analytics, or creative/brand insights
  • Proven ability to sell into CMOs, VPs of Brand/Marketing, Heads of Insights, and agency leadership
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder, high-value, consultative deals
  • Ability to simplify complex data/AI methodologies for senior marketing buyers
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable building in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
  • New York-based or willing to work on a hybrid schedule


Bonus points for:

  • Media analytics or SaaS experience
  • Established industry network across enterprise, brand, or agency ecosystems
  • Prior “first sales hire” or startup growth experience
