Head of Global Human Resources (VP–EVP Level)

Preferred Location: East Coast (NY area), open to other regions for the right candidate

Compensation: $175,000–$250,000 base + 20% bonus + equity

The Opportunity

As the Head of Global Human Resources, you will be the senior-most people leader responsible for shaping the future of talent, culture, and organizational performance across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

This is a strategic, transformative leadership role at the intersection of global scale, organizational design, talent transformation, and operational maturity. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in high-growth, digital-first companies—preferably AdTech, MarTech, or performance-driven technology environments.


You’ll partner directly with the C-suite to architect a world-class People organization and develop scalable systems that support rapid global expansion.


What You’ll Lead

  • Global HR ownership across 31 countries, overseeing regional HR leaders in EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
  • People operations for a high-growth, 700+ employee organization with continued international expansion.
  • All core HR functions:
  • ✅ Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • ✅ Learning & Development
  • ✅ Total Rewards & Compensation Strategy
  • ✅ HR Business Partners
  • ✅ People Analytics & Reporting
  • Build scalable systems, policies, and frameworks that enable operational maturity and organizational agility.
  • Guide leadership through change management, talent transformation, and new market growth.
  • Champion a high-performance, diverse, ethical, and inclusive culture grounded in global values and people-first leadership.
  • Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO, President, and executive team.


What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership, including global oversight.
  • Experience leading HR across multi-region organizations with employees distributed across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
  • Proven success supporting high-growth, fast-scaling, digital-first or technology-driven companies.
  • Deep experience in:
  • Organizational design
  • Compensation strategy
  • DEI initiatives
  • Talent strategy
  • Global compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to build HR infrastructure for scale: systems, processes, playbooks, and performance frameworks.
  • Strong executive presence, capable of influencing C-level leaders and building trusted partnerships at the highest levels.
