Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Advertising

Location: U.S. (Remote / Hybrid)

Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000


The Role

Our client is a growing AdTech platform supporting enterprise advertisers in regulated and complex media environments. They are hiring a Customer Success Manager to support enterprise customers using a programmatic DSP.

In this role, you’ll manage long-term relationships with enterprise advertisers and agencies, ensuring strong adoption, performance, and value across both self-serve and managed-service accounts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor across onboarding, training, campaign execution, and optimization.


What You’ll Do

  • Own relationships with enterprise advertisers and agency partners
  • Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing platform enablement
  • Support campaign setup, optimization, performance analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Translate client business goals into effective programmatic strategies
  • Partner with internal teams (AdOps, Sales, Product) to improve outcomes
  • Monitor account health, support renewals, and drive account expansion


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations
  • Strong background in AdTech, programmatic advertising, and DSPs
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level clients in a SaaS or AdTech environment
  • Comfortable managing both self-serve and managed-service accounts
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts
