About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join this dynamic team and play a critical role in how their solutions are positioned and brought to market. Sitting at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, you’ll craft go-to-market strategies, develop compelling messaging, and turn customer insights into impactful positioning that drives adoption and growth.

This highly visible role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup-style environments and loves simplifying complex products into clear, value-driven stories. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop product positioning and messaging based on customer insights, data, and market trends
  • Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches and feature updates
  • Partner with Product Management to align roadmap priorities with customer and market needs
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation points
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to create tools and materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and battle cards
  • Work with Demand Generation and Content teams to support campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
  • Define and evolve customer personas and use cases to inform messaging and segmentation
  • Track, analyze, and optimize product marketing KPIs and campaign performance
  • Engage with customers to gather testimonials, case studies, and success stories


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in AdTech, MarTech, or B2B SaaS with knowledge of digital and programmatic advertising
  • Proven experience leading GTM launches across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Gen
  • Strong track record in crafting product positioning, messaging, and enablement materials that drive adoption and sales impact
  • Experience developing sales tools (battle cards, demos, training) and improving close rates
  • Ability to synthesize customer research into actionable strategies (e.g., segmented messaging frameworks, win/loss analysis)
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across Growth, Brand, and Content teams
  • Analytical skills for measuring and reporting on launch success, adoption metrics, and competitive landscape
  • Comfortable in growth-stage environments: resourceful, self-directed, thrives on ambiguity
  • Bonus: Experience with performance marketing, direct mail, or CTV



Compensation

Salary range: $140,000 – $165,000

(Exact offer will depend on experience, skills, and market factors.)
