Senior Product Manager – Platform & AI

The Role

This is a senior, high-impact product leadership role owning a core AI-first, API-driven platform that enables multiple product teams, mobile users, and operations at scale. You will focus on outcomes—data quality, reliability, speed, and intelligent automation—rather than just features.

You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Mobile, and Operations to improve field data capture, workforce scheduling, and AI-powered quality and workflow automation.

What You’ll Do

• Own the long-term platform and AI product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs.
• Partner with Engineering on SLAs, performance, reliability, and cost controls.
• Deliver self-serve APIs, documentation, and enablement for product teams.
• Improve mobile and field data quality with clear standards and automation.
• Modernize scheduling, routing, and workforce workflows with Operations.
• Lead AI platform capabilities: retrieval, embeddings/vector stores, prompt libraries, model routing, evaluation, and observability.
• Implement AI guardrails: PII redaction, output validation, and human-in-the-loop.
• Run discovery, align stakeholders, and drive execution with clear decision docs.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10+ years in Product Management with deep platform, internal tools, or enablement experience.
• Strong background in APIs, service-oriented systems, data models, and scalability.
• Hands-on experience with or exposure to AI/LLMs, computer vision, and AI-driven QA/QC.
• Excellent cross-functional communicator with executive presence.
• Experience with security, access controls, and enterprise governance.
• Data-driven, customer-centric, and naturally curious.

Comp: $145-$165k base
