The Role: Senior Business Development

Compensation: 175-200K base + bonus + Equity

Location: U.S. based, remote Washington DC would be ideal

Level: Senior, executive

• Build and scale the U.S. commercial operation
• Own revenue growth across brands, sponsorships, and campaigns
• Close deals with U.S. companies and key opinion leaders
• Secure and manage exclusive influencer partnerships
• Oversee campaigns end to end, from strategy through performance
• Help establish foundational sales and operating processes
• Report directly to the CEO

Ideal Background

• Deep understanding of X and its ecosystem
• Experience in influencer marketing, PR, or agency environments
• Background at X, influencer agencies, PR firms, or specialized media or political shops
• Proven ability to monetize attention and scale campaigns
• Strong relationship building skills with creators and brands
• Comfortable operating hands-on in a growth stage environment
