The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of consumer experiences at scale.

 

This role sits at the intersection of consumer product strategy, integrations, and partner ecosystem growth. You’ll own and execute the roadmap for modular, data-driven consumer journeys—bringing together brand touchpoints, third-party integrations, and real-time personalization into a seamless platform.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team of engineering, design, and data, while influencing GTM and leadership. Think: building the foundation of a partner “app store” — where best-in-class experiences plug into a unified system.

 

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role touching millions of consumers across some of the biggest brands in the world.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer experiences.
  • Build and scale integrations with third-party platforms (wallet, loyalty, CRM, commerce, and more).
  • Develop and manage a partner ecosystem that supports scalable, plug-and-play experiences.
  • Translate strategy into execution: PRDs, sprint planning, prioritization, and world-class releases.
  • Ensure every launch impacts meaningful KPIs — engagement, conversion, or retention.
  • Champion intuitive, delightful consumer journeys with friction-free usability.
  • Collaborate with GTM, Data, and Marketing to create performance-driven narratives and client use cases.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–8 years of Product Management experience, with 3+ in consumer experiences, engagement, personalization, or real-time interaction products.
  • Strong background in system integrations, partner networks, SDKs, APIs, or platform ecosystems.
  • Proven success building or scaling a partner app store, marketplace, SDK, or embeddable framework.
  • High technical fluency and ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams.
  • Data-driven decision maker with experimentation and segmentation experience.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments.
  • A consumer-first mindset with evidence of products people love and use.

  • Sports: gamified fan engagement, live triggers, rewards

💰 Compensation: $175K–$215K base + equity + benefits
