Senior Sales Director – Enterprise New Business (AdTech | Remote with Travel)
Location: Major U.S. hubs preferred (NYC, Chicago, Denver, SF)
Compensation: $160K–$190K base + commission

A fast-growing, omnichannel advertising and data intelligence platform is expanding its enterprise sales organization and seeking a Senior Sales Director to drive net-new revenue across key industry verticals. This is a role for a true hunter—someone motivated by opening doors, closing transformational logos, and building business without a legacy book or warm accounts.
What You’ll Do
Who Will Succeed Here
✅ 7–10+ years of enterprise AdTech or MarTech new-logo sales
✅ Proven track record of $2M–$3M+ in annual new business, not theoretical or shared pipeline
✅ Active, high-quality relationships with decision makers in your vertical(s)
✅ Strong pitching, negotiation, and enterprise deal-closing expertise
✅ Tenure that shows performance and commitment—short stints or unexplained gaps will be questioned
✅ Self-starter and proactive prospector (no SDR dependency, no inherited accounts)
