VP, CTV & Suitability – Engineering
Location: United States (Preferred: New York)
Compensation: $200,000–$275,000 base + 20–25% bonus

What You’ll Do
Own Engineering for the CTV + Suitability Product Portfolio
- Lead engineering architecture, development, infrastructure, and technical delivery across all CTV & suitability product lines.
- Build scalable, cloud-native systems that integrate with major video platforms and APIs.
- Ensure reliability, performance, scalability, and security across mission-critical engineering systems.
Drive AI, ML, & Automation Innovation
- Implement and operationalize AI/ML pipelines supporting contextual classification, suitability scoring, and campaign optimization.
- Bring GenAI and automation into both internal workflows and client-facing capabilities.
- Elevate the platform’s intelligence, speed, and precision through applied data science and ML engineering.
Lead & Scale a High-Impact Engineering Team
- Mentor, empower, and grow engineering and architecture teams across global or distributed environments.
- Foster a culture focused on excellence, curiosity, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Establish engineering best practices, quality standards, and scalable processes.
Collaborate to Drive Business & Product Outcomes
- Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Commercial teams on roadmap planning and technical strategy.
- Translate engineering investments into clear business outcomes related to performance, margin impact, and operational efficiency.
- Represent engineering in client conversations, industry discussions, and cross-functional strategic sessions.
What You Bring
- 8–12 years of software engineering experience, including senior leadership of product-focused or platform teams.
- Proven experience building and scaling cloud-native, distributed, or AI-driven platforms in CTV, ad tech, OTT, or digital media.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, data engineering, and ML infrastructure.
- Hands-on expertise with CTV/OTT technology, suitability or brand safety frameworks, measurement integrations, and high-volume data pipelines.
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing high-performing global or distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills across engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.
