💰 Base Salary: $145,000–$165,000 + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Head of Business Development to lead new client acquisition efforts across North America. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on prospecting, pitching, and closing enterprise-level partnerships.

You’ll work closely with platform partners (like Meta, TikTok, Snap, YouTube) and through direct outreach to land high-value pilots with major global brands. You’ll also collaborate with internal Strategy, Creative, and Executive teams to deliver innovative, customized creative solutions. This is a high-impact role at a key moment of growth and scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and develop new business opportunities with enterprise brands.
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to pitch to pilot.
  • Collaborate with platform partners and leverage co-selling opportunities.
  • Customize creative solutions based on client needs and strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain a high-value pipeline; provide accurate forecasting.
  • Partner with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and positioning.
  • Help define the business development playbook for long-term scale.


Must-Haves

  • 6+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience (creative, content, martech, or adtech preferred).
  • Proven success sourcing and closing high-value deals ($100K+ pilots).
  • Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and storytelling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter approach to building from the ground up.
  • Based in or near New York City.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience selling in partnership with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snap, YouTube, or Google.
  • Background in CPG or Retail brand partnerships (key growth verticals).


Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary: $145,000–$165,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission: Uncapped, targeted at 50–70% of base
  • Equity: Share options offered to all new team members
