Account Executive – Direct to Customer (SaaS/UCaaS/CCaaS)

Our client, a fast-growing European SaaS provider of enterprise consumer service solutions, is seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive to help fuel their expansion across the US market – selling directly into mid-market and SME customers.
This is a unique opportunity to break ground in a market expansion focused on Microsoft-certified solutions designed to modernize customer interactions. What You’ll Do
· Drive New Business: Own direct to customer across full sales cycle (initial outreach to contract close) with a consultative, strategic approach.
· Execute GTM Sales Plans: Identify and pursue new business and expansion opportunities using lead generation, networking, and consultative engagement.
· Deliver Dynamic Demos: Command the room presenting product demonstrations that highlight the value and relevance of the company’s solutions, with a deep understanding of Microsoft-based CCaaS offering and the target market.
· Understand the Market: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client challenges to guide your sales approach and help shape go-to-market strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience within IT industry – UCaaS/CCaaS a plus.
· Familiarity selling Microsoft Cloud ecosystem or Microsoft-native contact center solutions a major plus.
· Proven track record meeting or exceeding individual quota targets in comparable space, accustomed to managing multiple stakeholders.
Comp: $90k - $120k base + commission
