Talent Acquisition Lead – AI SaaS Startup

$160K–$200K Base + Bonus + Equity | New York (Hybrid, 2–3 Days/Week)


A fast-growing AI SaaS company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and run a full-scale recruiting engine across technical, GTM, and business roles. What You’ll Own

  • Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer for engineering, sales, GTM, and operations
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to scope roles and build hiring strategies
  • Build and manage strong pipelines using creative sourcing and outbound strategies
  • Manage external recruiting agencies—contracting, performance, alignment to culture and process
  • Develop and elevate employer branding across job postings, social media, and candidate touchpoints
  • Implement metrics and dashboards measuring pipeline health, time-to-fill, candidate experience, and funnel performance
  • Create structured, scalable recruiting processes as the team grows


What Will Set You Up for Success

  • 7–10 years of talent acquisition experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth startups
  • Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Proven ability to source and close great talent in competitive markets
  • Strong communicator who builds trust with hiring managers and executive teams
  • Organized, metrics-driven, and process-minded
  • Creative approach to sourcing, outreach, and building talent brand
