Role: Vice President of Marketing

The VP of Marketing will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy. This position is responsible for developing and overseeing brand and digital strategies that drive customer / advertiser growth and enhance engagement across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, with the ability to guide both high-level planning and detailed execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand, messaging and growth strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Drive new market strategies with strong sales and marketing support.
  • Partner with sales teams to commercialize new advertising products and develop execution plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to add value across functions.
  • Use analytics to measure and optimize customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Improve user experience and conversion rates through funnel optimization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies.
  • Stay updated on marketing technologies and trends to enhance strategies.
  • Experiment with new approaches to attract and engage customers.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
  • Over 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on brand strategy or digital marketing.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, with a solid background in analytics.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proven leadership experience, including building and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, growth-oriented setting, preferably within digital media, or publishing sectors.
