Partnerships Manager (Sales)
Location: Remote - must be based NYC

We are a global experiential company transforming the live music performance experience by producing intimate concerts in unexpected spaces. Featuring up and coming artists, operating in over 78 countries, 400 cities + and hosting thousands of shows each year, we are expanding our team and in search of an experienced advertising sales professional.
Reporting into the VP, Global Brand Partnerships, as a Partnerships Manager, you will work in collaboration with our Experiences team by prospecting new business relationships with Fortune 500 brands and Tier 1 agencies and proposing sponsorship opportunities for our events.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business by prospecting and securing partnerships with Tier 1 media agencies and Fortune 500 advertisers within your territory.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the experiences, marketing, operations, content, production, and research teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Build and strengthen client relationships through regular entertainment, networking, and strategic engagement.
- Represent the brand at industry events, generating leads and enhancing visibility.
- Deliver compelling presentations of advertising opportunities through in-person meetings, lunch & learns, and virtual sessions.
- Partner with the marketing team to craft thoughtful, customized responses to RFPs.
- Contribute to the development of proactive and reactive creative concepts that align with client objectives.
- Assist in building and refining sales collateral and go-to-market materials.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing, and renewal.
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through consistent communication and value delivery.
- Clearly articulate product offerings and competitive advantages to potential partners.
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding quarterly revenue goals and delivering against individual meeting targets.
- 5–10 years of experience in advertising/media sales, with a strong background in experiential, branded content, or event sponsorships.
- Established network of Tier 1 agency and Fortune 500 brand relationships.
- Deep understanding of local culture and strong connection to Gen Z audiences.
- Passion for music and youth culture, with the ability to translate cultural insights into business opportunities.
- Self-starter mentality, able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal oversight.
- Willingness and ability to entertain clients regularly in NYC.
- Strong experience in building and delivering persuasive pitch proposals.
Comp: $140k - $160k base + OTE
