A fast-scaling AI marketing SaaS company is hiring a senior Account Lead to own and grow strategic relationships with Fortune 500 brands and major agencies. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise account leadership, AI-driven marketing strategy, and consultative growth—helping the world’s biggest brands evolve how they connect with consumers.
This is not a maintenance role. You will be the strategic advisor, relationship owner, and growth driver for major customers navigating the next chapter of digital marketing through AI.
What You’ll Own
- Manage high-value enterprise customer relationships and serve as their trusted advisor on AI-driven marketing transformation
- Build strategic account plans that drive retention, adoption, and expansion
- Partner directly with customer executives, CMOs, and hands-on marketing teams to execute sophisticated AI marketing programs
- Interpret customer KPIs and platform usage to surface insights and drive business impact
- Coordinate across product, data, and customer success teams to deliver value and influence product direction
- Oversee renewals, lead upsell conversations, and manage complex contract negotiations
- Develop customer case studies, success stories, and best practices that showcase measurable results
What Will Set You Up for Success
- 5+ years of enterprise account management experience in SaaS or marketing technology
- Strong history of working with Fortune 500 or global brands
- Confident presenting to C-level and senior marketing leaders
- Proven ability to uncover opportunities, solve problems, and drive account growth
- Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments—ideally with both startup and enterprise exposure
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter mentality
