Ad Operations Manager – Programmatic (Regulated Verticals)
Location: U.S. (Remote / Hybrid)
Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000
The Role
Our client is a growing AdTech platform supporting advertisers in highly regulated verticals, including political and healthcare. They are hiring an Ad Operations Manager to own end-to-end programmatic execution across a DSP.
This is a hands-on role responsible for campaign setup, QA, pacing, optimization, and reporting across CTV, video, display, audio, and native. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to ensure campaigns are compliant, performant, and executed flawlessly in fast, high-stakes cycles.
What You’ll Do
- Build, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns across multiple formats
- Handle trafficking, QA, tagging, pixels, and server-side tracking
- Monitor pacing, delivery, win rates, and performance; troubleshoot issues quickly
- Manage PMPs and PG deals with SSP partners
- Activate and manage 1P and 3P audience data (including regulated data sets)
- Ensure compliance with political and healthcare advertising requirements
- Own daily performance checks and wrap reporting with clear insights
- Create and maintain operational checklists, SOPs, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years in Ad Operations or Programmatic Trading (DSP, SSP, agency, or platform)
- Strong hands-on experience with CTV/video plus display and audio
- Comfort with VAST/VPAID, third-party ad servers, and verification tools (DV, IAS, MOAT)
- DSP fluency (enterprise or proprietary platforms)
- Experience managing pacing, optimization, and delivery troubleshooting
- Familiarity with regulated verticals, especially healthcare; political experience a plus
- Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable in high-pressure cycles
- Strong communication and documentation skills
