About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the corporate banking domain. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital channels for business customers — aligning strategic objectives with innovative digital solutions.

As part of the Transformation Office, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize digital journeys, streamline processes, and elevate user experience across multiple platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business needs into detailed digital solutions and user stories.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication around progress and priorities.
• Conduct requirements gathering, customer journey mapping, and define OKRs.
• Support testing and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and digital strategies.
• Prepare mockups, concept designs, and MVPs for management and product boards.
• Facilitate workshops and contribute to digital innovation initiatives.

Skills & Experience

✅ Strong background in digital transformation projects (consulting or client-facing).

✅ Expertise in requirements analysis, BPMN, data analysis (Excel, Business Objects), and agile delivery frameworks.

✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

✅ Solid understanding of project management and user-centric design principles.

✅ Experience with collaborative tools (e.g. SharePoint, Miro, Confluence).

Education & Languages

🎓 Master’s degree required

💬 English fluency + professional proficiency in Dutch or French

Nice-to-Haves

• Certifications in Business Analysis, Design Thinking, or Workshop Facilitation
• Experience with concept design, UX testing, and data-driven decision-making
