As a Senior Back-End Software Engineer, you bring over 5 years of experience in designing and developing back-end software applications. Your responsibilities include:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Engineer. As a key member of the ServiceNow team, you will help shape and automate core IT processes, including:
- Asset & Configuration Management
- Service Agreements & Release Management
- Incident & Problem Management
- Continuity & Operations Management
- Expansion into areas such as Vulnerability Management and Pentesting
You will be central to designing solutions that improve the lives of IT colleagues by delivering intuitive, efficient, and purpose-fit tools.
Your Role
You will:
- Analyze, design, and test process automations on the ServiceNow platform (development executed by the Global Competence Center)
- Design and test integrations between ServiceNow (cloud) and other applications (on-prem and cloud), in collaboration with the API Gateway team
- Translate business needs into technical designs that deliver clear value
- Handle complex incidents and ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
