Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in Morocco, fluent in English, and possess a deep understanding of the recruitment field.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and present qualified individuals to clients or hiring managers.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer extension.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.


Requirements:

- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.

- Fluency in English and French(both written and verbal).

- Strong mastery of recruitment techniques and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Based in Morocco.
