About the Role

Join the public sector’s consular and foreign affairs services in a crucial digital transformation mission. This role supports international operations by developing and modernizing Business Intelligence (BI) systems used across embassies and consulates worldwide. You’ll help shift from legacy BI solutions to modern, scalable cloud-based architectures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
  • Lead the migration towards Azure-based BI architecture.
  • Build data pipelines with Azure Data Factory.
  • Design and publish interactive dashboards with Power BI.
  • Collaborate with analysts, IT developers, and policy stakeholders.
  • Ensure high data quality, security, and GDPR compliance.
  • Deliver complete documentation for BI processes and systems.


Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on BI development experience.
  • Advanced skills in SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, or quick learning ability.
  • Experience navigating complex environments with varied data sources.
  • Strong autonomy, structured mindset, and commitment to documentation.


Languages

  • Native proficiency in French or Dutch Or English.

🏠 Hybrid model – 2–3 days on-site expected.
