Insurance Industry (Telephony Support)

Profile:

Looking for a native Dutch-speaking professional to support a team with telephony activities. The ideal candidate is communicative, able to quickly gain speed in defined tasks, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Key Requirements

• Native Dutch speaker
• Good knowledge of French and English (required for telephony communication)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and efficiently handle specific tasks
• Willingness to support the team in telephony-based work

Nice to Have

• Experience or knowledge of RDR / Omnium (not mandatory but highly valued)

Location

• Candidate can choose between three office locations where the team is spread.
• During training, occasional travel to another location may be required.
