Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Tools Engineer to design, implement, and optimize technical solutions that support IT service management, project delivery, and enterprise systems integration. This role combines strong experience in software development, test automation, DevOps practices, and business process improvement across various industries including manufacturing, energy, finance, and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

Tooling & Automation

• Develop, configure, and maintain dashboards, views, and workflows in Jira, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps for anomaly management and project tracking.
• Automate deployment pipelines, server processes, load balancing, and development environments using DevOps tools, PowerShell, and Jenkins.
• Set up and manage test environments; support Leapwork-based automation for regression and functional testing.

Software Development & Integration

• Design and build scalable web applications to manage project lifecycles and enhance data exchange between teams.
• Develop integrations between tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and internal platforms.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture by refactoring existing systems, consolidating tools, and optimizing performance.

Project Management & Process Optimization

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams for the implementation of IT solutions, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/CRM), and CRM upgrades.
• Define and execute testing strategies and sprint planning cycles using Agile and ITIL methodologies.
• Lead release management and version control across multiple regions (US, Europe, Asia).

Training & Change Management

• Conduct workshops and training for key users and QA teams to ensure smooth adoption of IT solutions.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and knowledge transfer to align business and IT.

• MBA cum laude, HEC Liège, UHasselt & FH Aachen (2023)
• Master in IT & Management cum laude, HEC Liège (2011)
• Certifications: ITIL, Agile Scrum, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, NASM Coach

Nice to Have

• Experience in industries such as marine propulsion, aeronautics, and public defense.
• Exposure to cybersecurity strategy, particularly in naval systems or high-security environments.



Soft Skills

• Strong communication and coaching capabilities, including engagement with executive stakeholders.
• Proven leadership in managing large QA teams (up to 80 people).
• Capacity for problem-solving in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.
