NATO's NCI Agency in The Hague is seeking a Full Stack C# Desktop Developer to support the development and enhancement of the TOPFAS system. The role requires strong expertise in C#, WinForms, and DevExpress, with a focus on UI development and software integration. This is a 100% on-site position requiring NATO Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new capabilities and enhance existing features of the TOPFAS system.
• Implement and review software changes using Azure DevOps.
• Develop and improve user interfaces and system integrations.
• Support bug fixing and stability improvements.
• Participate in Agile development cycles with bi-weekly sprints.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and other developers.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for sprint reviews.
• Attend daily stand-ups, workshops, and conferences as needed.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in C#, WinForms, and DevExpress.
• Experience with front-end and back-end development for Windows desktop applications.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps for development and issue tracking.
• Experience integrating file-based and real-time system interfaces.
• Methodology & Process:
• Experience in Agile development with sprint planning and execution.
• Ability to track progress using Azure DevOps NATO Software Factory.
• Other Requirements:
• NATO Secret Security Clearance (mandatory).
• Availability to work 100% on-site in The Hague, Netherlands.
• Ability to participate in technical meetings, sprint planning, and reporting.
