Mission


As Account Manager (Space & Defense), you will manage key accounts, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities within these strategic and sensitive sectors.


Responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of space and defense clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client interactions and consultant management.
  • Anticipate client needs and propose value-added solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with the Delivery team for recruitment and onboarding.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and extensions.
  • Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and trends.
  • Contribute to tenders and proposals.


Profile


  • 3–5 years’ experience in account management or project delivery within engineering or IT.
  • Knowledge of space, defense, or aerospace sectors is a strong plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (French/Dutch an advantage).
  • Eligible for security clearance preferred.
