Full Stack Developer (Services)

Location: Genk area (Belgium) – Hybrid (target: 2 days onsite, flexibility for strong profiles)

On-call: 24/7 duty rotation

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to support, maintain, and enhance business-critical applications within a large industrial manufacturing environment. The role includes development, support, and operational responsibilities in a 24/7 context, working closely with IT and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on the .NET platform
• Work across both backend and frontend components
• Technologies include:
• .NET
• Vue.js
• WPF
• WinForms
• T-SQL
• Provide application support and incident handling via Helpdesk
• Participate in 24/7 on-call duty and out-of-hours support rotation
• Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve application issues in production
• Collaborate with application managers, integration teams, and infrastructure teams
• Support continuous improvements, bug fixes, and functional enhancements
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in complex environments
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• .NET technologies
• Frontend frameworks (Vue.js)
• Desktop applications (WPF, WinForms)
• Databases and SQL (T-SQL)
• Experience in production support / application support environments
• Comfortable working in 24/7 operational contexts
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a distributed team
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Exposure to integrated systems (ERP, SCADA, or production systems)
• Familiarity with IT service management processes
