Role Overview
Sparagus is looking for an experienced MSP Coordinator / Lead to take ownership of the setup, coordination, and operational management of Managed Service Provider (MSP) engagements.
In this role, you will act as the central point of contact between Sparagus, the client, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth project startup, clear governance, and ongoing operational excellence.
You will combine project startup leadership, stakeholder management, and MSP operational oversight, ensuring that processes, roles, and expectations are clearly defined and executed from day one.
Key Responsibilities
MSP Setup & Project Startup
- Lead the end-to-end startup of MSP projects, from contract signing to operational go-live
- Define and implement MSP governance structures, processes, and workflows
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths
- Coordinate onboarding of suppliers, partners, and internal teams
- Ensure tooling, reporting, and communication structures are in place
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, vendors, and Sparagus teams
- Manage expectations across multiple stakeholders (procurement, HR, IT, business units)
- Facilitate steering committees, operational meetings, and status reviews
- Drive alignment and resolve conflicts between vendors and client stakeholders
Operational Coordination
- Oversee daily MSP operations and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Monitor performance, risks, and dependencies across vendors and workstreams
- Ensure consistent delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
- Support change management and scaling of the MSP as the project evolves
Reporting & Governance
- Set up and maintain MSP reporting frameworks (performance, compliance, cost, risk)
- Provide clear, structured updates to clients and internal leadership
- Identify operational risks early and proactively propose mitigation actions
- Ensure contractual and process compliance
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve MSP processes, efficiency, and quality
- Contribute to the evolution of Sparagus’ MSP and delivery methodology
- Share best practices across projects and clients
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- Proven experience as an MSP Lead, MSP Coordinator, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead
- Strong background in project startup / transition management
- Experience working with multiple vendors and complex stakeholder landscapes
- Familiarity with MSP, VMS, or contingent workforce models is a strong plus
Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, hands-on, and able to operate in ambiguous startup environments
- Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational execution
- Confident facilitator and decision-maker
Languages
- Fluent in English
- Dutch and/or French are strong assets
