Delivery of Tactical Radio and High Capacity Deployable Line of Site System Training

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training aligns with established standards.
  • Prepare, deliver, and manage the full training lifecycle for Tactical Radio and High Capacity Deployable Line Of Sight (DLOS) systems.
  • Conduct training on Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Tactical Satellite (TACSAT), High Frequency (HF), and DLOS radio systems.
  • Provide hands-on instruction, ensuring students meet the required proficiency levels.
  • Maintain and update training materials in coordination with SMEs.
  • Conduct student assessments and post-course evaluations.
  • Deliver training both onsite and as part of mobile training teams across various locations.
  • Participate in course scheduling, preparation, and reporting for continuous improvement.


Requirements:


  • Expertise in Tactical Radio systems, including UHF TACSAT, HF, and DLOS.
  • Experience in delivering technical training, preferably in military or defense-related environments.
  • Strong instructional skills, including course development and student assessment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and training staff.
  • Willingness to travel for mobile training assignments.
  • Familiarity with training quality assurance and reporting standards.


Project Details:


This role involves providing high-quality training on Tactical Radio systems to personnel from various organizations. Training sessions will be conducted both at a designated academy and in mobile locations as required. The instructor will work closely with SMEs to ensure consistency and effectiveness in course delivery. The position includes travel opportunities, with accommodations and travel expenses covered for offsite training sessions. The contract may extend beyond the initial period based on project priorities and requirements.
