Our client, situated in Genk, is looking for an IT Application and Integration Manager to manage application integrations and ensure smooth collaboration between business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the business logic
• Maintain close contact with the business (Key-users, COO office, CIO)
• Problem solving: root-cause analysis, action planning and follow-up
• Provide on-site support for SCADA-integrations, new functionality, and technical changes (server, …)
• Coordinate with teams from interfacing applications:
• SAP
• SCADA and PLC
• Automated warehouses
• EDI platform
• Datawarehouse
• Scheduling and planning software
• OSPC software
• DBA, server and network team
• Coordinate with the IT development team
• Manage development team rotation
• Perform change request analysis and effort estimation
• Release management (3 times per year)
• Manage key-user training and documentation
• Conduct technical reviews and manage updates (vulnerabilities, Windows server update 2026)
• Manage IT documentation
• Reporting on:
• Out-of-hours calls
• Change request backlog
• Validation process (ServiceDesk Plus, PowerBI)
