Our client — a major European insurance provider — is entering a strategic transformation phase, centred on the modernisation of its customer, policy, and claims systems through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft Azure and Power Platform technologies.
The programme will enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and compliance readiness across multiple business lines. To support this critical phase, we’re assembling a multidisciplinary project team with both functional and technical Dynamics expertise, as well as insurance domain specialists.
1️⃣ Senior Business Analyst – Insurance
Role Overview:
You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and solution teams, ensuring that business processes, insurance products, and customer journeys are clearly translated into functional and technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document business processes within underwriting, claims, policy admin, and customer servicing.
- Facilitate workshops with product owners and SMEs to capture detailed requirements.
- Map “as-is” and “to-be” processes and identify improvement opportunities enabled by Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to validate solution fit.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support testing, training, and user adoption activities.
Profile:
- 6+ years in business analysis within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations (claims, policy, billing, compliance).
- Experience in digital transformation projects, ideally involving CRM or ERP platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
2️⃣ Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 (Insurance)
Role Overview:
You’ll configure and optimise Dynamics 365 to meet complex business requirements. You’ll work closely with the business analysts and technical team to translate processes into functional solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and refine functional requirements within Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Finance modules.
- Configure entities, workflows, forms, business rules, and dashboards.
- Support data mapping and migration from legacy systems.
- Define and document functional specifications for customisations and integrations.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose design options.
- Support testing, training, and go-live activities.
Profile:
- 4+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience working in insurance or regulated environments is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, good documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
3️⃣ Technical Consultant – Dynamics 365 (Medior)
Role Overview:
As a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, you’ll support the design and development of scalable, performant, and secure Dynamics 365 solutions — particularly around configuration, extensions, and integration with insurance back-office systems.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Dynamics 365 customisations (plugins, workflows, Power Apps).
- Develop and maintain integrations (REST APIs, middleware, Azure Logic Apps).
- Contribute to technical documentation and deployment guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with functional teams to align solution design.
- Assist with system performance testing and debugging.
Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform components.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Dynamics SDKs.
- Good understanding of relational data models and integration patterns.
4️⃣ Technical Consultant – Dynamics 365 (Medior/Senior)
Role Overview:
A more senior version of the above — responsible for leading technical design decisions, ensuring best practices are followed, and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 and legacy insurance systems.
- Review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and optimise system performance.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and participate in architectural governance.
- Contribute to environment strategy, release planning, and DevOps setup.
Profile:
- 6+ years of Dynamics 365 / Power Platform experience.
- Deep technical expertise in configuration, customisation, integration, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience in large-scale or regulated-industry implementations.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
5️⃣ Test Analyst (Insurance / Dynamics 365)
Role Overview:
You’ll ensure end-to-end quality across all system components, with a focus on Dynamics 365 and its integration with core insurance systems.
Responsibilities:
- Define test strategy, plans, and scripts aligned with functional and technical requirements.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Validate business rules, workflows, and data migrations.
- Work closely with analysts and developers to resolve defects.
- Maintain clear test documentation and report on test progress.
Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, ideally with Dynamics 365 or ERP/CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of insurance processes or financial systems.
- Experience with test-management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Test Plans, Jira).
- Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
